Cancellations/No shows/Service Changes: We are a by appointment studio. If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24- hours in advance in order to avoid charges. Missed appointments and late cancellations (notifying us within the 24-hour window) will be charged the full price of the service. Changing services in the 24-hour window may be subject to the 24-hour policy and result in an additional fee. Example: changing a 90 min fill to a lash removal the day of your appointment. While we will provide the service of your choosing, we will have to charge you for the additional hour that we were unable to offer to another guest as a removal takes a third of the reserved time. If we are unable to provide your service due to non-compliance of any of our appointment policies, it will count as a late cancellation and you will be charged accordingly. A credit card number is required to hold all reservations.
Deposits: We require full payment at the time of booking for first-time clients. Recurring clients may also be asked for a deposit if they have more than one no-show. If we are unable to provide your service due to non-compliance of our appointment policies, it will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
Please Arrive Early: If it is your first visit, please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment. For all returning guests, please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late will cut into your session time.
2 Person Max per Room: For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow anyone else into the service rooms other than the LashTechPro Lash technician and the person receiving the service.
Children and infants are not allowed in the service room. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who can supervise them in the lobby while you receive your service. We will not supervise your children and cannot be held responsible for any children. If you bring a child with you who is under the age of 12 and there is no one to supervise them, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the price of the appointment.
Cell Phones: For your protection, cell phones MUST be turned onto silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards during all services.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason.
LASH SERVICE POLICIES
Corrections: If you have any issues or concerns after your session is complete, please inform the technician and the front desk as soon as possible. We can address most issues at no charge within three days of your appointment provided you have followed proper after-care instructions. Any service follow-ups after the three-day window will incur a charge.
Fills: If at any time you have less than 40 percent of extensions per eye, the purchase of a full set will be required. As we cannot guarantee the work of other salons, we do not perform fills on lashes that have not been applied at LashTechPro. Rather, we provide a complimentary removal of remaining lashes along with the purchase of your first full set. There may be additional fees if the lash extensions were not applied correctly and the removal process extends beyond the allotted time.
Your natural lashes shed on a regular basis. To maintain the look of your full set, fills are recommended every two to three weeks. Since we are a by appointment studio, our technicians can only work with whatever time has been booked so please account for additional lash loss and book the appropriate appointment length.
